This task is no longer a simple one. Outlook comes in various versions and sending email through each has a different code (As far as I am aware). Marc had provided us with wonderful code which used to work till some time ago. The issue is security encryption required now is much tougher than older times basically due to hackers. So apart from what Ken has suggested I do not have anything else to add. Regards Akshat
