Well, at this time, there is no Windows 12 at this time. I am not sure
that dBASE Plus 2.anything will run on Windows 11 (current version),
however. That's a pretty old version of dBASE. dBASE Plus 2.8 (in 2012)
was updated with a different version of the Microsoft C compilers, in
order to be more compatible with current (at the time) versions of dBASE.

All I can suggest is to try installing and running 2.6 on Windows 11.
But I won't guarantee that it will run, the odds are, it may not.

At some point it is worth it to upgrade to the most recent version of
the software. dBASE 2019 runs fine on Windows 11 ...
