I am not sure this is available to download anywhere. However, there are
some possible solutions:

dBASE sells a software package called dBDOS that basically runs a DOS
emulator, and you can run dBASE under it. The version that comes with it
is dBASE 5.0 for DOS, which should run your code fine.

A better (personally) option is to upgrade to a Windows version of
dBASE, the current being dBASE 2019. There will be some changes
necessary for the code, but there is a dBASE tutorial (free) to help
with code conversion (see my signature block below).
