Actually the items 141, 143 and 144 (besides others) are not assigned,
please see the attached screenshot.
I just spotted that you used the number without a leading NULL in your
example above. Please remember that you need to use these items as a
four digit number, otherwise you'll get unexpected results, so ALT0169
is producing the Copyright symbol, but ALT169 shows the encircled R for
a registered trademark, which one would expect to be produced by using
ALT0174.
