Louis,
Just off the top of my head to start, I would suggest you check with SAP
Crystal Reports. As the 2016 and 2020 Crystal Reports and Reports Viewer
are no longer supported, that may be a problem, but because Crystal
Reports is an independent application from dBASE (except for their early
collaboration which has since dissolved) you won't be able to get
product support from dBASE'ers about somebody else's product.
You may be right about resource issues, but that's something we don't
control anymore like we used to be able to. The Borg has taken over
customizing and removed it from our grasp. Windows knows all and does
all, that is the way of the world. :)

Short version is that if I run an application written in dBase 2019 and I run another program (such as Crystal Reports 2020 or 2016) the Crystal Reports will NOT run. I get errors (mostly unable to access files, etc).
