Hi Mervyn...  I didn't see this until just now.  

My new laptop is the problem computer.  It is running 2019 and the others 11.

I tried yours and Akshat's suggestions and it is still doing the same thing.  In addition I notice when I inno, some of the new features I have added don't work correctly.  The innos from my old computer do work correctly.  (which is up to date.)

I failed to mention before that around a month ago I had a problem with my new Lenovo laptop in that When I turned it on the display was black.  After talking to the guy from Lenovo I got it working again by turning it off then holding the power button down for 20 seconds, then turning it on.  The same thing happened around 4 days ago.  He made a comment caused by too much electricity.  

On that note it might be a hardware problem.  I hope not.
