You get a certain number of installations you can use with dBASE,
details should be here:

It works under the concept that you can install on more than one
computer, as long as only one is being used by you at the time.

Working with different versions of the same software is annoying, at
best ... I would suggest biting the bullet and upgrading this machine to
2019.
