Probably you have moved it off the screen at some time.
Open your Plus.ini file in the Windows File Editor
Search for a parameter "FindReplaceDlg"
It will have 4 numbers
If either or both the first 2 are negative or very large, that is the
problem
Replace the 4 numbers with, say, "100 100 500 500"
Save and close the .ini file and run dbase.
