Should you be interested, the following is a batch file that was created.
It's in the responses below the main article referenced in my previous

Well done, very useful info. I had initially thought this site must be
hosting viruses because it’s called “winhelponline†and the article is
to fix the winhelp… who would make a website just for that one issue?
But then I realised that there is nothing suspicious here and your whole
website is just useful info like this.
I found a slightly more elegant solution for installing WinHlp32 again
even for Windows 11 which is unlikely to break with build updates
because it doesn’t touch the C:\WINDOWS folder at all, and made that
solution into an easy to use bat script to install it easily. I made it
as a batch script so it’s completely transparent as to what it’s doing
to your system.

Just “Save as†the “Raw†version.
