Now using dBASE, the resulting EXE Application file works fine within the Dbase Folder and as a Shortcut on my Desktop screen. However, if the EXE file is copied to a different Folder and I attempt to open it there, it will not run. I get the error shown.

Thanks Robbie, The error you get has a cause basis. However, I must apologize for my post. Apparently, I had never tried this before. After consideration, I understand the exe file is not a standalone, such as an mp4 file. It can only run on the screen as from a created short cut or by opening up the folder that contains the application and clicking on the application itself. Thanks, Norman (simple Norman)
