I checked and cleaned the File Links... and  cleared and saved the PLUS.ini, again; I think that did it. I think that the file lnk links inside the ini might have somehow been creating an issue. That is my thoughts for now. I will be adding back all of the settings for the Defender. If there is an issue again after I do that, then it was that.
