If you search on the error (0xc0000094) you will find a lot of different
things that could be causing it. The search string I used was "windows
Exception 0xc0000094" ...

Before you try to fix anything, I heartily suggest you back up your
computer. Some of the potential solutions involve dealing with cleaning
the hard drive, resetting some things, and more ...
