DOS PRO 6 is a software package that emulates DOS on top of Windows, I
believe. The full name seems to be DBDOS Pro 6:

which should actually include dBASE from what I can see, in which case
he's using an older version of a product from dBase, LLC. If he has
dBASE then he can just, inside dBASE itself, use the editor there.
