Other than what Akshat has pointed you to, what you're looking for is on
JP Martel's Shareware webpage here: https://www.jpmartel.com/S_Share.htm
..and the file you seek that linked on there, is:
http://www.treturn.com/editor
It took me a while to remember where to look for it, unfortunately, it
only goes to a "Page Not Found" webpage. I wonder if anyone can get
ahold of JP to see if it's fixable, available or what.
