I type 877, and it brings up Granger, so there's progress, but it still brings up Harry Potter's information. I'm not sure if it's because your cpat_no is private or not, but I'll keep looking into why it's not bringing up the right patient information. By the way, please start trimming your messages like I have. We don't need you responding with the WHOLE messsage timeline...we can follow the thread succession and it makes it easier NOT having to read all those messages, or having to manually cut so much out to get to the relevant information.
