There are three places where License may be required.
1. The runtime (Which as Ken has stated is free and does not require a
key). This is highly unlikely as the main menu form is visible. So
runtime is not preventing execution.


2. The executable.
Without the source code no one can help you out on this. Licence info
may have been hidden anywhere on windows 7 computer. Please take special
care of keeping it running till the issue is solved.


3. Some password in RDBMS database. The app may just be checking the
database connection and since it was unsuccessful then it is just
reporting that you do not have license. Please check the windows 7
computers for installed RDBMS like Firebird, MySQL etc.

These are all wild guesses.
