All,

My forms don't currently have a lot of colour on them so I wanted a way
of seeing what the various colour codes looked like en masse.  I had a
look in dUFLP2022C and found all sorts of useful colour stuff like
colorado.cc and colorDlg.wfm but they don't show a palette of colours.

I have posted a form into dbase.shared-code that I produced to help me
visualise the range of javascript colours available in dBASE and to
experiment with setting different text colours on different backgrounds.
Attached is a picture of it running....

This form is for use in the dBASE IDE.  Once open you can click on each
colour and experiment by choosing different settings for the text, say
another colour, bold, italics, font, etc.

I was actually quite surprised how it helped me settle on a number of
different colour combinations for various purposes within my standard
app.  I hope it does the same for you.

This could probably be developed to show all colour codes (not just
javascript) and maybe even a form that allows users to select colour
combinations.  I'm looking for ideas from you lot before I spend any
more time on it. 😄

Regards,
Andy
