Hi Ken,

I appreciate the quick response.  I performed the steps and neither resolved the issue.  After thinking for a moment, I performed step 2 a second time.  I had originally performed the install with the latest update: dBASE201900b2618Full20200218.exe.  This time I performed the install with dBASE201910b2616Full20191017.exe first.  The "New SQL" option appeared to work.  I then ran the update.  In monitoring the 2 it definitely seemed as though the first installer did a lot more while the second ran a lot quicker.  Whether this is accurate or not I am up and running again.

Again thanks for your reponse.
