Tom,
There are issues with hardware compatibility that dBASE can not do
anything about.
There may be something going on with the OS and mouse driver.
I have had these issues in the past. It requires some patience and a
consist method of troubleshooting.
I loved my logitech mouse wheel upto Win7 but now I have an MS wireless
and it has age on it for updating drivers. I have Win10 on the laptop
and I have noticed some burps once in a while. Win11 on the desktop
hasn't messed with it but .....
Also, during programming I have had to do restarts on my program to
clear memory stuff.
Ken references this at times.
dBASE is live action during programing so it is paying attention to
every key stroke and can get confused.
That's why I do restarts with the program.
