I see no textLabel unless it is the downarrow on the right (that control is very confusing, as it appears as a Combobox ...). In dBASE 2019, clicking the "button" or "down arrow" causes the color to change each time on my machine. Moving the mouse over the entryfield I get a speedtip of "Assist" (every time I move the mouse over it). I don't know what the issue is on your computer, but it works for me.
