Basically sometimes dBASE needs to be told to "play nice" with Windows. Suggest you try the first item (_app.allowYieldOnMsg := true) first, and see if that solves it. If not, add the second, and so on ... (And I'm wondering where my response went ... sheesh, I sent a response as well, but it's not here.)
