Without the table (Just an empty table would have been suficient) I cannot open the report in designer. You are doing a lot of work creating totals which are not required. I would recommend that you get hold of Ken's books on reports. It would help you out. A brief description of how to do it. Open the report in designer. In the layout menu click on Add Groups and summaries. Click on summaries tab and then on the field you want to sum. Add it. You will have to position it once it has been added or change its colour etc (In case you do not want blue) Hope this helps. Regards Akshat
