Unfortunately I can't run Windows 11 due to hardware constraints but
I've had no problem using dBASE 12 with Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit, version
One possibility is that the form designer is opening off screen. I've
had a look in the inifile but I don't see an entry for the position of
the form designer.
Does a new tab appear next to the tabs for the Navigator and the Command
Panel after the customer has tried to open the form designer? If so, if
the customer hasn't tried deleting the exiting inifile and starting from
scratch, this may help.
