Hi Andy:  I fpund "appdata".  Following your directions was a bit tricky since w/11 has basically the same tools except they are not
as visable as w/10.  Regardless, I got the job done with your direcrions.

The path to inifile = "C:\Users\19564\appdata\local\dBASE\dBASE2019\\bin\inifile
In the "file explorer", I traced the path to "bin" but i was never able to find"inifile" itself.  I don't need it right now, but I'm sure the need willl pop up soon.   Many thanks for the help........... Bob
