The appdata *FOLDER* is part of Windows. How could you have deleted
that? I don't know that you can simply replace it.

Try reinstalling dBASE. That may recover the folder. PLEASE be careful
with your keystrokes, and read the dialogs when they come up. Deleting
folders, particularly under the "C:\USERS" path is a bad idea ...
