The message is telling you there's a problem with a custom class file.
It may not exist, but it did at one point ... whatever.
Suggest you go to the folder that has your .ini file for dBASE:
? _app.iniFile
This will display the FULL path in the output pane of the Command
Window. Copy it (run the mouse through it and click Ctrl+C). Close dBASE.
Using Notepad (or something like that), open the file using the File |
Open dialog, and then paste the path in (Ctrl+V) the entryfield.
Look for custom files and so on. Since the error message doesn't tell
you the name of the file, you're going to have to look line-by-line.
There's a lot in the .ini file, so it may take a bit. If you find a
[CUSTOM] heading in the .ini file, look to see what is under it -- if
there's anything there, delete it.
Save the .ini file. Start dBASE. Try creating a new form.
Does that help?
