Subject mem fields From Charlie <tm@tc.com> Date Sun, 31 Jul 2022 17:24:16 -0400 Newsgroups dbase.getting-started I am planing to change two fields in 4 different tables from character to memo.  I have had problems in the past with memo fields causing problems with data changing and other things.  Since then I have updated all tables to the highest level.  Just wondering if this is a good idea or bad idea.  I need more than 254 characters in the fields involved.  Would appreciate opinions.  Thanks!!
