The default height of a text control is 1 if the form metric is
characters. The default fontsize is 10.
Irrespective of the metric, if you change the fontsize, change the
height to old_height*new_fontsize/10 i.e for fontsize = 15 height =
old_height * 1.5 and for fontsize = 20 height = old_height * 2
