Hi Bob

If you're using 32 bit windows then the 2 folders "ProgramFiles(x86)"
and "ProgramData" won't exist on your C: drive...

Open dBase 2019 and type in the command window

? _app.alluserspath

On my 64 bit PC it shows "C:\ProgramData\dBASE\dBASE2019\Bin"
On yours ( if it's 32 bit ) it should show the path to the folders in
question.

Just guessing that this 32/64 bit thing is the issue, let us know the
results of the command window instruction above...
