In addition to what Ken has suggested, we do have a dBASE solution for
naming files via the "Microsoft Print to PDF" that you can check out.
There was a whole discussion and collaboration by several people here to
figure out how to get it to work for Eric Wu's request for a solution in
the Reports newsgroup under the "Microsoft Print to PDF -save as
filename XXX".
The solution was encapsulated with a file to use by Akshat Kapoor in the
shared-code newsgroup titled "Printing to PDF without user
intervention." that includes a sample report titled "prt_to_pdf.rep" as
an attachment. From that point, once you have the report, you can
continue using Marc's email program.
