I don't know how important your data is, but you might want to consider
what happens in the event of failure.
Let's say there is a power cut . . . .
With this type of job, and even with one loop dealing with a database
entry and file rename as close together in space and time as possible,
there is still a risk of mismatch.
Creating a transaction log might help.
Validating the changes after ever iteration might help.
Creating a rollback if one part of a transaction fails might help.
But if this is just a one off quick and dirty job, perhaps a data backup
before you start is enough . . . . .
