Bill, thanks for the clarification.
If your current dBase application doesn't need added features or changes and you're just concerned that it run on Win 10, then the VirtualBox option is a good one -- no changes to the dBase program, you just install the free VirtualBox software on a Win10 machine to create a virtual machine running whatever OS you want -- XP, Win7, etc. and install the dBase program. From Win10 you just start the virtual machine and you get an XP or Win7 etc. desktop with your software right there ready to run.
If you want to try this approach let me know here and I'll be happy to help you get it setup on a machine to see if it will work for you.
