Bill:
dBase has created a program that might be exactly what you need called dbDOS -- it allows old DOS program like dBaseIII+ and programs written in dBaseIII+ to run on Windows 10 with printing, etc. You can find it here https://dbdos.com/
They offer a 15 day money back guarantee, so it might be worth it to give it a try.
Another possibility is to create a virtual machine for DOS that will run on Windows 10. This is much easier than it sounds. I use VirtualBox (free, from Oracle) to run a Windows XP virtual machine on my Windows 10 computer. You just start it up in Win 10 and you've got a real copy of Win XP running, even full screen.
I would try the dbDos option first, since it's designed to do exactly what you want -- keep old dBaseIII+ programs functioning on modern hardware.
Good luck,
Alex Safian
