Hi Ken:  Re-Install sounded like a good idea but I have done everything but send out carrier pigeons and can get NO responce from DBllc.  I even said I wanted to buy,  since I have been using a trial version whick will expire i n 3 more days.   I"m hoping someone will either answer the phone, respond to my emails (2) or something, otherwise  all of our efforts have been i n vain.  

There again,  I can't express enough thanks to you and the rest of the guys.............Bob
