That's pretty weird. If the form opens, can you actually use seeker? In other words, try running library.wfm again, if no errors, then click "Find Record" at the bottom. With the insertion point in the "Incremental Search" entryfield, type the letter "x" -- that should bring up "XAngle()" and other items that start with the letter 'x'. If so, it works. So I have no idea why the close procedure command is causing problems.
