So open the Properties/Desktop Properties dialog. Go to the Source Aliases tab. Find "Form Controls". Click that. Look at the path. Make a note of the precise location. Using File Explorer navigate to that path. The path should be something *like*: C:\Users\19546\Documents\dBASE\dBASE2019\dBLClasses\FormControls Where 19546 is your username (as shown above). Does Seeker.cc exist in that path?
