Open the source editor, in the menu: Properties, Source Editor
Properties. Note there is a "Colors" tab.
If there is no "Colors" tab, then close the Source Editor. Go to the
"View" menu, select "Motif" and then "None". The Dark motif removes the
ability to change colors ... Then go back to the first paragraph ...
