It's okay. I had to learn JavaScript when I was working at Borland ...
Anyway. Please, at this time, try this link:
http://www.goldenstag.net/dbase/index.htm#duflp
This will take you straight to the dUFLP section of the page.
See the link for "dUFLP2021B.zip"? (It says "The file is
dUFLP2021B.zip", and the text is a different color.) Click it.
You should save it (a dialog typically appears, asking ...), your
browser probably has a default location for where files are saved. When
you are done, an icon will appear in the browser's tool bar, typically
on the right, for Firefox it shows a down arrow and a little bar, kind
of like an "in box". Click that. (Don't close the browser window)
The filename should be shown, and possibly a folder button. If you click
the folder button it will open up Windows Explorer. If you click the
file button, it will open the .zip file. (Don't close the browser window)
Follow the instructions where it says "New to the dUFLP?" on my web page
...
