I wrote those instructions in my post to you while following the instructions as I wrote them. Do you have JavaScript turned off in your browser? If so, why? An awful lot of websites require it. Even so, that's just a standard web link, and should not be running any Javascript. Are you talking the menu at the very top of the page?
