You can access the files but you cannot update them simultaneously from multiple devices. This is the issue with them. You edit different files form different devices and all will get updated. But if you try to update the same file from different devices you will get conflicts. I use dropbox to transfer files from one location to another even sharing edited files but never dbf files cannot be shared like they are shared over LAN. Over LAN same copy is accessed by different users. With onedrive there is 1 copy on your desktop 1 copy on cloud 1 copy on your laptop You change 1 and the software changes the others for you but it is 3 copies. Regards Akshat
