Same as in dBASE Plus 10.

Same as in dBASE Plus 10, with minor changes. See the dBASE Plus
Tutorial, and/or my books ... (signature block below).
Most of the differences between these versions are not so great as to
create any real issues, and seriously the code from dBASE Plus 10 should
work fine in dBASE 2019 in most or all cases with no changes.
