Subject source aliases From Charlie <tm@tc.com> Date Thu, 17 Jun 2021 16:16:47 -0400 Newsgroups dbase.getting-started I am using pictures in my inventory and trying to learn a way to access the information from other computers.  But I am confused. All of the images are stored on my main desktop.  As well, all data is there also.  I access data from other computers as M: withe the bde. The satellite computers do not have dbase on them but are set op with the ini setup files.  And obviously their bde is set up to go to m:   So do I have to set up the source alias for images to m:  I'm thinking yes.  How do I save that into the project?   Can I insert plus.ini in the project so that the source aliases look fir m ; and not affect my main computer which is obviously accessing images at c:? I think I have a handle on this but not sure how to handle plus.ini in the project.   Thanks for any help.
