Whenever outlook runs it downloads all messages that are new on the server. New messages includes all messages received in Inbox AND all messages sent using mobile/browser/mv_mail.cc ALL the downloaded messages are placed in the INBOX This behavior has been consistent for the past few years. Use of mv_mail.cc has not caused any change. My setting on gmail is to archieve the messages once accessed by outlook. So once accessed the messages are archived. Regards Akshat
