We have a number of shelve sections in our warehouse in which new inventory is manually populated, then the location has to be recorded in the computer so we can find it when sold. I would like to be able to somehow map the shelves so the computer can tell where it can and can't put new inventory.   Is there anything that might be helpful for this project?  I think I can write something myself.  It would love to find something that might give some direction.
