I stopped using HP when I needed to print a resume with 15 minutes to get it delivered and it choked....when I had plenty of ink and had just printed with it minutes earlier.... Needless to say, I discovered that day, that HP printers CAN NOT fly. :)   But they do crash spectacularly. :) Been using Brother printers ever since with nary a hiccup.
