Make sure you are using Build 2618 of dBASE 2019.
In the Command Pane enter ? version(9) and this should return
dBASE 2019 13.20 b2618 (11/26/2019-EN191126)
If you are using an earlier build you can get version 2019.2 from
http://www.dbase.com/support/updates-and-fixes/
Simply install this over your existing copy of dBASE 2019.
