Using OODML, no.
Using XDML, yes it's possible. It is, however not a good idea. Just
because you can doesn't mean you should. You will need exclusive use of
the table.
Once you've inserted the record you will still need to populate the fields.
The OODML way of appending new records to the bottom of the table and
using an index to order the records as required is a far better way.
Although the old XDML command still works it is not even listed in the
current help file.

go 10 //or as appropriate
insert blank //or insert blank before
