I checked this by putting  ?form.activecontrol.name Like Ken, I found that Alt-S only causes the pushbutton's onClick event to fire once in dBASE 2019. The form also works correctly in dBASE 10.3 and dBASE 12.3.1. In dBASE 11.3 Alt-S causes the onClick event to fire 3 times on my computer.  This must be due to a bug in dBASE 11.  Unfortunately dBase LLC does not attend to bugs in older versions of dBASE.
