I know it is 'not a dBase Bug' and I did not mean to say it either.
But any response that is not on expected lines is a bug which need
deBUGging.
The bug could be there in many number of things (eg our logic/ typo /
incorrect sql / incorrect value / value of variable being changed at
some other place)
