If after implementing Mervyn's recommendations error persists then post the Odbc driver version also that you are using. Client does not need plus 12. He just needs runtime for plus 12. You need plus 12 so that you can provide him with compiled apps. Use the latest version that you have and provide client with the proper runtime. Runtime are free to download and distribute.
